Pet Nutrition - FAQ

When choosing food for your dog, consider their age, size, breed and health condition. Puppy food is available for young dogs, Adult food for grown dogs, and Senior food for older dogs. Premium brands like Royal Canin, Grandorf, and Brit have quality ingredients. We also offer hypoallergenic options for dogs with allergies.
The ideal option is a mix of dry and wet food. Dry food helps dental health and can be stored for a long time. Wet food increases your cat water intake and is beneficial for kidney health. The daily ration can consist of 70-80% dry food and 20-30% wet food. It is better to choose foods from the same brand.
It is not recommended to feed human food to pets. Foods like onion, garlic, chocolate, grapes, and avocado can be toxic to animals. Salty, spicy, and fatty foods cause digestive problems. Quality pet food specially formulated for animals contains all necessary vitamins and minerals.
When choosing fish food, consider the type of fish (tropical, goldfish, etc.) and their size. Flake food, pellet food and frozen food are available. Brands like Tetra and Sera produce quality fish food. Feed 1-2 times a day, only as much as they can eat in 2-3 minutes. Excess food deteriorates water quality.
Bird nutrition depends on the species. Seed mixes, fruit and vegetable-based foods are suitable for parrots. Special canary food is available for canary birds. Do not give birds avocado, chocolate, caffeine or salt. Fresh water should be changed daily. Use vitamin sticks and mineral stones as additional food sources.
