Several payment methods are available at Zoo28.az: cash on delivery (to the courier), online payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer. Cash payment is only available for orders within Baku. Online payments are protected with secure SSL encryption.
Yes, you can return or exchange unopened and unused products within 14 days. The product must be in its original packaging and the receipt must be kept. Food products (opened food) and hygiene products cannot be returned. Contact us for returns and provide the reason for the return.
Yes, online payments on Zoo28.az are completely secure. Our website is protected by SSL certificate and all card data is encrypted. We do not store any card information on our servers - all payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway. Additional protection is provided with 3D Secure verification.
Yes, you can get a refund for products that meet the return conditions. If you paid online, the refund will be returned to the same card within 5-10 business days. If you paid cash, the refund will be made by bank transfer. For a refund, you must first return the product and pass inspection.
Even if you lost your receipt, if you placed an online order, your registration is kept in the system. We can confirm your purchase through your phone number or order number. However, returns without a receipt may not be possible for cash purchases. Therefore, it is recommended to keep your receipts for at least 14 days.
