Orders & Delivery - FAQ

Placing an order on Zoo28.az is very easy. Select the product you want, click "Add to Cart" and proceed to the checkout page. Enter your name, phone number and delivery address during the order. You will be contacted after your order is registered.

Delivery within Baku city is carried out within 1-2 business days. Delivery to regions outside Baku may take 2-5 business days. Delivery time may be slightly longer during holidays. After placing your order, the courier will contact you to confirm the delivery time.

The delivery fee within Baku depends on the order amount. Delivery is free for orders above a certain amount. The delivery fee to regions is calculated based on the distance. You can see the exact delivery fee during the order process.

You can check the status of your order in the "Track Order" section of our website. Simply enter your order number. You will also be notified by SMS or phone when your order is shipped.

There is no minimum order amount on Zoo28.az. You can place an order for any amount. However, you can benefit from free delivery for orders above a certain amount.
